By purchasing SEED90, taking our Pattern Quiz, or using our website, you agree to:

2. Description of Service
SEED90 is a digital product that provides:
- A 90-day execution system with daily guidance
- Access to an online dashboard with AI tools
- A master manual with daily breakdowns
- Command library with AI prompts
- Worksheets, trackers, and templates
SEED90 is a self-paced program. There is no live coaching, 1-on-1 support, or personalized feedback included.
3. Purchase and Payment
Pricing
SEED90 is available for a one-time payment of $67 USD. This price is subject to change, but existing customers are locked in at their purchase price.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Gumroad. We do not store your payment information. By purchasing, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service.
Access
Upon successful payment, you receive:
- Immediate access to the SEED90 dashboard
- Lifetime access to all current content
- Free access to all future updates
4. Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. To request a refund:
- Email us at support@seed90.com within 30 days of purchase
- Include your order number or purchase email
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Note: After 30 days, all sales are final.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use SEED90 only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not share your login credentials or dashboard access
- Not reproduce, distribute, or resell SEED90 content
- Not reverse engineer or copy our tools and systems
- Not use SEED90 for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Provide accurate information when creating an account

All content within SEED90, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, and design
- The 90-day manual and daily breakdowns
- AI prompts and command library
- Worksheets, templates, and trackers
- Software, code, and dashboard tools
...is owned by SEED90 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use SEED90 for personal use
- Download materials for your own reference
- Print worksheets for personal use
You may NOT:
- Share, resell, or redistribute any SEED90 content
- Teach or coach others using SEED90 materials
- Use SEED90 content for commercial purposes
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on our intellectual property rights
- Share login credentials with others
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer our platform
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Impersonate SEED90 or Coach Enzo
- Use SEED90 to promote competing products
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
8. Disclaimers
No Guarantees
SEED90 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
- You will achieve specific results or income
- SEED90 will work for everyone
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- All bugs or issues will be fixed
Your results depend on your effort, consistency, and circumstances.
Not Professional Advice
SEED90 provides educational content and tools. It is NOT:

- Financial, investment, or legal advice
- Professional coaching or consulting
- A substitute for professional services

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- SEED90 and Coach Enzo are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for SEED90 ($67)
- We are not responsible for your results, decisions, or actions
- We are not liable for third-party services (Gumroad, Netlify, etc.)
10. Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You may stop using SEED90 at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days (see Refund Policy).
Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in prohibited conduct
- Share or resell SEED90 content
- Abuse or exploit our services
Termination does not entitle you to a refund after the 30-day period.
11. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, update, or discontinue features
- Change pricing for new customers
- Update content and materials
- Improve or expand the platform
Existing customers maintain lifetime access at their purchase price, with free access to updates.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEED90, Coach Enzo, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of SEED90
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SEED90.
16. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS text messages from SEED90 (via web form, checkout, or other medium), you agree to the following SMS Terms of Service:

You are agreeing to receive SMS messages from SEED90, including:
- Pattern Quiz results and insights
- SEED90 updates and product announcements
- Reminders and motivational messages

Message Frequency and Costs
- Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, but frequency depends on your interaction with SEED90.

- SEED90 does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.
